The foundation of Peak Image Co. was set in motion long before entrepreneurship was ever a thought in the owner's mind. Founder, Jared Waterman's grandfather, "Papa Alex," always had a passion for photography, and would take Jared and his younger brother (Jacob) on outdoor adventures when they were little. With Papa's camera equipment, disposable cameras (for the boys) and a picnic lunch in tow, they would set out for the entire day, taking photos in National Parks and Forests throughout the Ozarks. Papa Alex taught Jared his appreciation for photography and nature, that stuck with him his whole life.
